2. Order Cancellation

Orders placed through the website may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not been shipped or processed for dispatch.
Once an order is confirmed and sent for shipment, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Approved cancellations will be confirmed by email, and refunds will be processed in accordance with Section 4 of this policy.

Arshira Jewellery ensures that every product is inspected for quality before dispatch.
However, in the unlikely event that a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoice intact.
  • The issue is supported by clear photographs showing the defect or discrepancy.

    Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery items.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales, unless received damaged or defective.
4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  • Provide the order number, reason for return, and clear images of the item.
  • Once the request is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

    Customers are required to pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
    Arshira Jewellery reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Delay in delivery due to courier or logistics issues beyond the control of Arshira Jewellery.
  • Returns initiated after the specified return window.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use.
6. Replacement Policy

If the customer opts for a replacement instead of a refund, the replacement will be dispatched once the returned item is received and verified.
In cases where a replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
